Hostal Triwe - Puerto Octay

We had an enjoyable stay at a quaint and cozy accommodation. the room was clean, neat and offered great amenities such as a comfortable bed and fantastic shower. the staff were friendly and welcoming and the breakfast was delicious. the location boasted stunning views of the surrounding area and the parking availability was very convenient.

The town was quite small and didn't offer much variety in terms of activities or restaurants, but it still offered a relaxing atmosphere.

Location was great: close to nearby towns and beautiful scenery. Free parking and a comfortable bed were appreciated bonuses.

The sheets in one room had not been cleaned and there were leaks in the roof. , the property information stated they accepted credit cards, but when I arrived they only wanted cash.

The breakfast was decent and the bed was comfortable. the location was great being near the lake and restaurants, making it easy to get around.

The noise levels were intolerable, with guests being loud throughout the night making it difficult to sleep. the property information provided by the host was misleading since they didn't accept credit cards even though they were advertised.

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel in Puerto Octay. The staff were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to ensure I had a comfortable stay. The attention to detail was evident in every aspect, from the warm and cozy rooms on the second floor with heaters that provided a perfect temperature throughout the night, to the delicious breakfast that included mouthwatering kuchen. Additionally, the location of the hotel was fantastic, walking distance to the town and close to the beautiful lake. It was an exceptional value for money, with all the basic amenities provided for a pleasant stay.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly warm and charming, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The hotel is situated in such a peaceful setting, with lovely views of the lake and volcanoes just outside the small town. The rooms on the second floor were comfortable and had a heater that kept me warm throughout the night. I also really enjoyed the delicious breakfast served in a lovely room, which was a refreshing change from the usual buffet-style breakfasts at other hotels.
